Sogun® PA66

Product Description

Sogun^® PA66 (polyamide 66, nylon 66) resin has excellent heat resistance, mechanical strength, thermal stability and abrasion resistance. Parts made from this material have excellent dimensional stability and creep resistance, making them ideal for long-term use in high temperature environments. Sogun^® PA66 uses the self-developed OmniFusion^® technology, which greatly improves the dispersion and compatibility of glass fiber and resin, avoids the phenomenon of floating fiber, and gives the product good appearance and surface gloss.

Sogun^®PA66 resin has the following feature:

1. Excellent impact strength.

2. Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures (-40°C - 250°C).

3. Good chemical and oil resistance.

4. Excellent dielectric properties and arc resistance.

5. Good self-lubricating and wear resistance.
